Terms and Conditions

Dump Truck Delivery Orders:

• Our trucks do not leave a paved or gravel surface.
• Our trucks need a minimum 10 feet width to pass through gates.
• While we make every effort to be punctual, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Forklift Truck Delivery Orders:

• Forklift needs a minimum 10 feet width to pass through gates.
• Off-driveway placement is possible, subject to driver’s discretion.
• We accept no responsibility for damage of any kind during off-driveway placement.
• We do not place boulders.
• While we make every effort to be punctual, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Pick-Up Orders:

• Bulk bags are not cancellable or refundable.
• Customers have 72 hours from order placement to complete pickup of all materials.
• We will return to stock and issue a refund (no refund on bulk bags) for all materials not picked up after 72 hours.
