A rich, brown topsoil that is processed through a screening machine to remove rocks and sticks larger than ½ inch, most often used to level lawns for seed, or to fill in low spots and shallow sinkholes. Coverage: 100 square feet per cubic yard at 3".

Heavy clay subsoil that is unscreened and unprocessed, and will contain rocks, clods, and roots. This soil is inexpensive but suitable only for filling deep sinkholes or backfilling retaining walls. Coverage: 100 square feet per cubic yard at 3" thick.
