Our Seasoning and Production Process

We have been selling firewood for over 30 years and have perfected our process. We buy tree-length logs which we then "season" or dry out for at least one full year. We then cut & split them by hand in 16"-18" lengths during the summer before the wood season. This process assures our customers receive well-seasoned wood, perfect for burning in fireplaces or stoves. Our wood is never rotten or doughty wood infested with insects.

Customer Pick Up
Come by our store 8 AM-5 PM Monday through Saturday in your truck, trailer, SUV, van, hatchback, or car and we will load you with our tractors if possible, or by hand if necessary. We measure the wood in 1/8 cord increments, so you can purchase fractions of a cord: 1/8, ¼, 3/8, ½, etc. No call ahead is necessary, as we are always ready to load drive in customers. Delivery
We deliver in small dump trucks. Our drivers will dump the wood out for you wherever is most convenient, within the space limitations of the truck. For instance, we can't dump inside a garage or carport, because the bed of the truck must raise to dump the product. We do not offer stacking or carrying services. Generally, we can have your wood delivered to you next-day. For deliveries over 25 miles, call for a quote.
